Tres Iglesias Habitat for Humanity Volunteer Signup Form

You must signup with Tres Iglesias so we can schedule you for the appropriate days and roles.
  • Click on one of the links below.
  • Fill in one form for each person.
  • Return to your church by June 23, 2013. Volunteer Notification Target Date:  June 30, 2013
Habitat Registration Form
You also need to register with Habitat as a volunteer. This is important so they can:
  • Keep the build sites safe and secure for everyone
  • Track the number of hours volunteers contribute (over 200,000 hours each year!)
  • Ensure Liability Waivers are signed

You should register online prior to your scheduled work day, which will save time when you check-in and get everyone's volunteer experience started more quickly. Click on the link below and select "Tres Iglesias" from the drop down list for the first entry.

After you register, a confirmation page with a bar code will be created as a PDF for you to print out.

Please bring this print out with you on your scheduled volunteer day--it will be used at volunteer check-in.
You only need to register once, even if you volunteer multiple days, just bring your confirmation print out with you each time you volunteer. If you forget to bring your confirmation print out, you will need to re-register during volunteer check-in.

NOTE: If your Habitat Registration details do not change, you can save it and use it for multiple projects.
